Musadaq Zulqarnain is the founder and chairman of Interloop Limited, Interloop Holdings and its subsidiaries. Through his vision and commitment, he has successfully led Interloop over the last 30 years and established 12 companies worldwide in logistics, packaging, apparel, dairies, healthcare, and technology. Musadaq has training in mechanical engineering and an honorary doctorate from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.

A development enthusiast and philanthropist, he is a member of the boards of Karandaaz and The Citizens Foundation (TCF) promoting financial inclusion and providing education to less privileged youth in Pakistan. Musadaq is also the president of Interloop Welfare Trust and Lyallpur Literary Council.

Navid Fazil

Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director

Navid Fazil is the founder and CEO of Interloop Limited, enjoying three decades of entrepreneurial success. With a background in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Masters in Management from the University of Oxford, Navid brings a strong focus on lean manufacturing, research and innovation, and sustainability.

Navid is actively involved in advancing gender equality and women in leadership as a member of the Champions of Change Coalition. He is also an avid farmer, passionate about regenerative agriculture and environmental stewardship. Navid serves on the boards of Texlan Centre (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Holdings, and is the vice president of Interloop Welfare Trust.

Muhammad Maqsood

Group CFO / Executive Director

Muhammad Maqsood is an executive director at Interloop Limited and group chief financial officer. With training in strategic financial management in global markets from INSEAD, Maqsood enjoys two decades of experience with Interloop. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Financial Accountants, United Kingdom.

He is also a member of the boards of Interloop Dairies, Texlan Centre (Pvt.) Limited, Interloop Assets Management, and Interloop Welfare Trust.

FARWA HASNAIN

Independent Director

Farwa Hasnain is an independent director at Interloop Limited, bringing over 18 years of experience in international development and financial sectors of Pakistan. With a distinguished record of accomplishment in corporate governance, Farwa previously led governance, operations, and people management at Karandaaz. Currently, she serves as the chief of staff at Rayn Holdings.

Farwa has also served on the boards of Karandaaz-owned NBFCs (NCGC & PFSL). She is a certified director from PICG, holds certifications in advanced leadership from Judge Business School and Cambridge University, and an MBA from NUST Business School.

FATIMA ASAD KHAN

Independent Director

Fatima Asad Khan is an independent director at Interloop Limited, brings over 25 years of leadership in corporate governance, digital transformation, strategic change, human capital management, and enterprise technology solutions. She is part of top leadership at Abacus Consulting, a leading international professional services firm for technology, consulting, and training solutions.

With an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Fatima started her career with Coopers & Lybrand International and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers. Fatima has also served on the boards of LUMS, Faysal Bank, Kashf Foundation, Bata Pakistan, and Kaarvan Crafts Foundation. Fatima is a certified director from Harvard Business School and is a member of the Harvard Corporate Directors, Diversity & Inclusion Hub Leadership Council, and Women Executives on Boards forums.

Romana abdullah

Independent Director

Romana Abdullah is an independent director at Interloop Limited. She is the co-founder and CEO of Hopscotch, a rapidly growing kidswear brand started in 2014. She serves on the boards of Systems Limited and Karandaaz, and was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2016.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Romana was part of MCB and Soneri Bank leading strategy. Roman has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in New York, focusing on strategic, financial, and operational assignments for Fortune 500 financial services and consumer clients. Romana has a BSc in Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Tariq Iqbal Khan

Independent Director

Tariq Iqbal is an independent director at Interloop Limited, brings over four decades of service to Pakistan. He is the chairman of Audit Oversight Board (AOB) of Pakistan and Packages Converters Limited. Tariq is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has held significant board positions in various listed and non-listed companies.

Tariq has served on the boards of multiple banks, pharmaceutical, and chemical & petroleum companies. His contributions to the financial sector include playing a key role in founding the Islamabad Stock Exchange and serving as its president. Tariq has also served as a member and chairman of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). With over eight years as chairman and managing director of NIT, Tariq played a vital role in stabilising the capital markets.

FARYAL SADIQ

Executive Director

Faryal Sadiq is the chief marketing officer at Interloop Limited, responsible for business development, sales, and customer service. She also spearheads company’s sustainability wing, ensuring the highest standards of environmental and social performance. Faryal plays a prominent role as a business leader to promote awareness around gender dynamics and advocating strategies for accelerating gender equity.

Before joining Interloop in 2016, Faryal worked over a decade as a management consultant at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, UK, specialising in consumer products and retail industry. Faryal is a certified director, holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, and is an economics major from the London School of Economics.

Jahan Zeb Khan Banth

Non-Executive Director

Jahan Zeb Khan is a non-executive director at Interloop Limited and brings a wealth of expertise to his role. With a background in chemical engineering, he has a strong record of success in his previous role as the director of technical for Interloop.

During his 24-year tenure with the company, Jahan Zeb led critical areas including maintenance of manufacturing equipment, expansion projects, business process re-engineering (BMR), and the energy division. With over four decades of professional work, Jahan Zeb is a valuable asset to Interloop’s leadership team.

Azhar Sadiq

Chief Operating Officer

Azhar Sadiq is the chief operating officer at Interloop Limited and enjoys over 25 years of experience with the company. Azhar is responsible for operational activities across hosiery and denim. He holds a Masters in Business Administration and certifications as a Lean Champion from NIKE, the University of Kentucky, USA, and Toyota Engineering Corporation, Japan.

Azhar has successfully led operations, planning, and quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous process improvement through lean transformation. He is certified under the Directors Training Program aligned with the Securities Commission of Pakistan, adhering to regulations for listed companies (Code of Corporate Governance), 2017.

Tariq Rashid Malik

MD Yarns / Chief Procurement Officer

Tariq Rashid is a founding director and chief procurement officer at Interloop Limited. Leading procurement and sourcing for the company, he also serves as the managing director for its yarns division. With a background in Economics and Political Science from the University of Punjab, Tariq prioritises cost efficiency, speed, and quality while maintaining end-to-end transparency in company operations.

He is actively involved in Interloop’s various farm to floor initiatives, ensuring a sustainable agricultural landscape and farmer prosperity in Pakistan.

Muhammad Maqsood is the group chief financial officer at Interloop Limited, leading company’s financial strategy, accounting and regulatory functions, and investor relations. Feroze Ahmed

Feroze Ahmed is the chief strategy and transformation officer at Interloop Limited, and linchpin for the CEO, driving strategic vision and performance management. Responsible for new business, innovation, and risk management, Feroze provides strategic governance to the company. He also serves on boards for Momentum Logistics, Octans Digital, and Interloop Asset Management.

Before joining Interloop in 2016, Feroze spent over a decade as a management consultant in the UK with Ernst & Young, Santander and Barclays, focusing on customer centric and digital-driven transformation programs. He holds a Masters in International Business & Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh, and majored in economics at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Saira Taimur Khan

Chief Human Resource Officer

Saira Taimur Khan is the chief human resource officer at Interloop Limited, directing capital planning to attract and retain top talent. She is responsible for effective development programs, reward systems, and performance management aligned with industry best practices and Interloop’s strategic goals. Saira holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

With over 25 years of HR expertise, Saira joined Interloop in 2019, playing a key role in formalising the company’s Vision 2025 and the strategic framework. As a management committee member, Saira leads all people related goals to enhance employee experience. Collaborating with organisations like Champions of Change, UN Women, UN Global Compact, she developed a five-year roadmap for Diversity and Inclusion at Interloop.

Yaqub Ahsan

Chief Information Officer

Yaqub Ahsan is the chief information officer at Interloop Limited, spearheading the conceptualization and execution of the company’s IT and technology innovation strategy, and digital transformation. With training in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Masters in Business, Entrepreneurship, & Technology from the University of Ontario, Canada, Yaqub brings over 25 years of expertise in venture creation and technology.

Yaqub has contributed to multinationals across Pakistan, the Middle East, and North America through entrepreneurial endeavors. He has held key technical and management positions at IBM and other technology companies. Yaqub also has wide teaching and training experience in Pakistan and overseas.

Aqeel Ahmed

President Apparel & Activewear

Aqeel Ahmed is the president for apparel and activewear categories at Interloop Limited, spearheading their operations and growth. Along with production, he is responsible for administration, security, and engineering at Interloop Apparel Park. Aqeel is a certified director, holds a Masters in Business Administration and certifications in multiple Lean Application Programs.

Aqeel has over 22 years of experience with Interloop, holding key roles in operations, HR & OD, environmental health and safety (EHS), and lean transformation through continuous process improvement. He also played a crucial role in setting up new manufacturing plants for hosiery in Lahore and Sri Lanka.

Masooma Zaidi

Vice President Hosiery Sales

Masooma Zaidi is the vice president for hosiery sales at Interloop Limited, spearheading merchandising and the direct customer division for Interloop Europe. With a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Barani Agriculture College and an LLB degree, Masooma brings over 24 years of leadership experience across various industries.

Prior to joining Interloop, she served as the chief supply chain officer at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. Masooma has held key commercial positions at renowned companies such as Walmart, JC Penney, and Makro Habib Pakistan.

Zain Sadiq

Vice President Hosiery Operations

Zain Sadiq is the vice president for hosiery operations at Interloop Limited. He leads manufacturing across all hosiery plants in Pakistan, focusing on operational efficiency, process innovation, and resource management. Zain is a certified director, serving on boards for Top Circle USA, Print Kraft, Octans Digital, and Interloop Dairies.

Prior to joining hosiery, Zain played a key role in planning and executing a modern dairy farm project for Interloop Dairies. Zain is an economics major from Davidson College, North Carolina, USA, and is a Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified professional.
